UNISTHIC provides digital products and downloadable resources designed to help customers make more confident and cohesive home color decisions.

Digital Products

All products sold through UNISTHIC are digital products delivered electronically. Because digital products cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital content has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once access to the purchased content has been provided.

We do not normally offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, accidental purchases, or where a customer decides that a product is no longer suitable after receiving access.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Before You Purchase

Please review the product title, description, format, preview images, and other available product information before completing your purchase to ensure the product is suitable for your needs.

Access or Delivery Issues

If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an alternative method of delivery.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider a refund where appropriate, including:

A duplicate purchase of the same product
A confirmed technical failure that prevents access to the purchased product and cannot reasonably be resolved
An incorrect product delivered because of a system or platform error

Chargebacks

If you experience a problem with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us first. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve genuine order, delivery, or access issues promptly.
